6th INTERNATIONAL CARTOON CONTEST INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF BRIGHT MINDS: THE CITY OF IDEAS 2014 - CHANGE THE WORLD

Colleagues World, Festival of brilliant minds, the theme this year is: What would you do to change the world? Therefore we invite you to send that cartoon that marked a change in your country, those jobs that have generated positive changes in people who have shaken consciences. We also call for you to propose the participation of those cartoonists whose career has been part of the culture of your country, who have been transformation, before and after!!!

This is an opportunity to recognize the cultural value of the cartoon in societies, its provocative value and celebrate their role in triggering questions and challenges to the paradigms that govern societies, politics, education, etc. We invite you to be an agent of change to bring together in one exhibition these works have generated significant changes in the world.
